PCI Slot Requirements
Although the system has 6 PCI slots, it is only certified to use three of them for Digium telephony cards. PCI card positioning is extremely important. Placing a card in the wrong slot can result in call quality issues and dropped T1 lines. For Digium cards, use the 3 PCI slots closest to the edge of the motherboard. Since these are 32-bit, 5-volt PCI slots, they are compatible with the following Digium boards:
- TDM400P - 4 port analog card
- TDM800P - 8 port analog card
- TDM2400P - 24 port analog card
- TE110P - single port T1 card
- TE120P - single port T1 card
- TE205P - dual port T1 card
- TE207P - dual port T1 card with echo cancellation
- TE405P - quad port T1 card
- TE407P - quad port T1 card with echo cancellation
